10 years bodybuilding. I got big. I also got rigid, beat up, and if I'm honest - stuck.
I was training hard but I wasn't capable. I knew there was more - I just had no idea how to get there.
So I changed everything. Same intensity, different purpose. Movements that carry over into real life, not just the gym.
The difference showed up everywhere. Physically, mentally - how I carry myself, how I show up. That's the bit nobody talks about.
