Most men train forward and back. Push, pull, squat, hinge - the same patterns, session after session, year after year. They build a decent physique. They get strong. And then they notice something is missing.

The body looks the part. But it doesn't perform the way it looks. Stiff. Asymmetric. Strong in certain positions, useless everywhere else. Capable inside the gym, uncertain outside it.

That's 2D training. It's not that it doesn't work - it does. It just doesn't go far enough.

The third dimension is what most programmes never touch. Rotation. Lateral strength. Real-world load. The patterns that make a body genuinely capable, not just visually capable. That's what this is.

Three dimensions that most programmes only partially cover. Built together, they produce a physique that looks good - and a body that moves well in every direction.

SIZE & STRENGTH
The foundation. Heavy compound lifts - Zercher squats, trap bar deadlifts, overhead press. Building the physique and the strength base that everything else is built on. Every programme has this dimension. Most stop here.

SKILL & COORDINATION
The dimension 2D training neglects. Unconventional movements that demand technique, not just load - movements that require the whole body to coordinate. This is where weak points surface and where real strength starts to develop.

CAPABILITY & REAL LIFE TRANSFER
The third dimension. Loaded carries, sled work, rotation, lateral strength, conditioning. The patterns that carry over outside the gym. A body that can perform when it counts - not just under controlled conditions.
Why I Coach This Way

I spent 10 years searching for something that covered everything. This is what that search produced.

Powerbuilding. Bodybuilding. High rep training. CrossFit. I tried all of it. Each time I thought I'd found the answer, something fell short. I'd get stronger, or bigger, or fitter - but never all three, and never in a way that felt complete.

I kept coming back to bodybuilding because it produced results. But the body it built was strong in one direction. My back hurt. My hips were stiff. I looked capable but I didn't feel it. Strong in the gym, fragile everywhere else.

So I stopped trying to find the right programme and started building my own answer. I took what actually worked from everything I'd tried - heavy compounds, loaded carries, unconventional movements, conditioning - and combined them into something that didn't force me to specialise.

The physique got better. The injuries stopped. And for the first time, the training felt like it meant something beyond the mirror.

That's what I coach now. Not a system I read about - the one I built over 10 years of training, testing, and figuring it out the hard way.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You get a fully written programme with all the context you need to train it - sets, reps, rest, movement notes. Each week you send me a check-in with how training went and how you're feeling. I review it, make any adjustments, and we keep moving. Most communication happens via WhatsApp or email - whatever works for you.
Access to a commercial gym is ideal - barbells, a rack, and ideally a sled or space for loaded carries. If you have different equipment, let me know in your application and I'll build around it. The principles transfer regardless of setup.
Most people notice a difference in how their body moves and feels within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes depend on where you're starting from, but with consistent training and solid nutrition, meaningful progress in the first 12 weeks is realistic. This isn't a 30-day transformation - it's a way of training you'll want to keep doing.
The standard programme runs 4 days a week. If your schedule only allows 3, that's workable - we build the programme around your real life, not the ideal version of it.
Yes - most of the men I work with have been training for several years. They know how to train hard. What they're missing is structure, direction, and the specific patterns that 2D training never covers. Experience is an advantage here, not a barrier.
Investment is discussed after your application. I want to understand your situation before we talk numbers - and I want to make sure this is genuinely the right fit before either of us commits.
I keep my client numbers small deliberately. 1-to-1 coaching only works when I can give each person proper attention. When spots fill up, they fill up. If you're considering it, apply sooner rather than later.
